Privacy Policy

Account information: your registration email and password (stored only as a hash). API keys (sk) are stored only as encrypted ciphertext and hashes; the plaintext is shown exactly once at creation.

Usage data: model, timestamp, token usage and billing metadata of your API calls, used for billing, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Payment information: top-ups are processed by our third-party payment processor, Creem. We never collect or store your card or payment account details.

Solely to provide and improve the service: account management, USD billing and settlement, rate and concurrency control, abuse and fraud prevention, and necessary security auditing.

We do not use your conversations or generated content for any model training.

The prompts you submit and the content generated through the API remain yours. To fulfill a call, request content is sent to the model provider you select (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, MiniMax, or Kuaishou), and its handling is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

Sensitive credentials (API keys and provider tokens) are redacted from stored logs.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except: model providers as necessary to complete your calls; our payment processor, Creem; and where required by law or a lawful order from a competent authority.

All traffic is served over HTTPS; API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM. Account data is retained while your account exists and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

You may access, correct or export your account data at any time, or request account deletion. If you believe our processing of your personal data is improper, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact support@orux.top.

We use only cookies strictly necessary for login sessions and security; no advertising trackers.
