Terms of Service

Orux AI (orux.top, the “Service”) provides a unified AI gateway that aggregates capabilities of multiple third-party model providers behind an OpenAI-compatible API, covering text, image, video and audio modalities. Third-party models are provided by their respective vendors; the Service does not warrant the continuous availability of any specific model or the content it produces.

You must register with a valid email address and keep your account and API keys secure. Losses caused by leaked keys are your responsibility; revoke any compromised key in the console immediately.

The Service is prepaid. Account balances and model prices are denominated in USD. Recharge amounts and the balance to be credited are shown before payment; calls are charged at the published model price.

Top-ups are processed by the third-party payment processor Creem; invoices and refunds are handled back through the payment channel.

You may request a full refund of unused balance within 14 days of a top-up, provided the Service has not been materially used; used portions are deducted based on actual consumption. Balances in accounts frozen for violating these Terms are forfeited.

You may not use the Service for: unlawful activities; infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy; generating or disseminating unlawful, hateful, violent or pornographic content; reverse engineering, reselling, or abusing resources in ways that evade rate limits.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate the Service for violations, with no refund of fees incurred during the violation period.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability but are not liable for unavailability caused by third-party service interruptions, network outages, or maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, and aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time and post changes on this page. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; we may also terminate service to you after notice pursuant to these Terms.
